iNITIAL MEETING
YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION WITH ELIZABETH IS FREE OF CHARGE . WE WILL DISCUSS ALL ASPECTS OF THE SPACE FROM ARCHITECTURAL NEEDS, STYLE OF LANDSCAPE, COLOR SCHEMES, USING THE SPACE FOR PRACTICAL USE AND PLANT MATERIAL. IF A POOL, PERGOLA OR OUTDOOR KITCHEN IS DESIRED WE WILL DISCUSS ALL ASPECT OF DESIGNS TO FLOW COHESIVELY WITH THE PROPERTY AND lANDSCAPE. ONCE THE DECISION IS MADE TO MOVE FORWARD, ELIZABETH WILL CREATE CUSTOM IMAGE vISUALS.
SECOND MEETING
eLIZABETH WILL PRESENT YOU WITH MANY CUSTOM VISUALS OF DIFFERENT DESIGN IDEAS COLLECTED FROM OUR INITIAL MEETING. vISUALS CAN BE RETAINED FROM CLIENT FOR A $200 DEPOSIT TO KEEP AND REVIEW FOR CHANGES. tHE DEPOSIT ENSURES THAT ALL CHANGES TO VISUALS TO FIT CLIENTS NEEDS ARE MET FOR A FURTHER MEETING. IF CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR NEEDS, WE WILL MEET AGAIN TO FINALIZE CHANGES. oNCE CHANGES AND VISUALS ARE APPROVED, ELIZABETH WILL START WORKING ON CAD DESIGN, BINDER AND PROPOSAL FOR INSTALLATION.
CAD DESIGN AND PLANT CARE BINDER
OUR NEXT MEETING AFTER VISUALS ARE AGREED ON, ELIZABETH WILL CREATE A CUSTOM LANDSCAPE DESIGN, DETAILED PLANT CARE IDENTIFICATION IN A LEATHER BINDER, ACCOMPANIED BY A PROPOSAL FOR INSTALLATION.
FOLLOWING MEETING
elizabeth will present you with the custom landscape cad in a large color format and a small cad, plant detail care guide in a handsome binder. we will go over all details of the plant detail guide, the installation process and any questions you have. during this process, an invoice will be attached for the custom landscape design. prior to creating the design during our final visual meeting, we will discuss the cost you will incur for landscape design. designs range from $750 to $2500 depending on the size and scope of the project. visual deposit will be put toward the cost of the design and binder. *Warranty information and installation PROTOCOL is clearly outlined and defined in an extensive proposal contract. after thoughtful review of the contract both you and elizabeth owner designs by elizabeth has to be signed with deposit prior to installation..
Installation & consultation
some clients wish to install the landscape material themselves or have their personal gardener install the landscape, and designs by elizabeth is happy to help you! once the design is purchased, it is yours to keep and install! elizabeth can be hired for consultation at $75 an hour to review the bedding and drainage PREPARATION, plant placement and advise. clients need to be aware and understand that premium bed preparation, mulch, drainage, irrigation and healthy plant material are a must. that is why designs by elizabeth encourages thoughtful consideration for our services for a professional installation.
Installation Complete!
Aftercare for every landscape installation is important. Elizabeth is available for two free consultations following installation. Our services for maintenance or consultation can also be acquired weekly, quarterly, yearly or customized to suit your needs.
